Kershaw County Council on Aging (KCCOA) is non-profit agency whose Mission is “To Support Kershaw County Seniors”. KCCOA funds are earned through highly competitive federal and state contracts for service. By design, these contracts are do not fund an organization at 100%. Donors like you are greatly needed.
